IFS Cloud subscription link contains client/runtime/Ifs.Fnd.explorer.application?url=

Hi,

I am working on a project where customer wants to receive an email when particular shop order has changed. For this we have created a subscription and selected the send email option.

The received email contains a web link pointing to https://<custname>.ifs.cloud/client/runtime/Ifs.Fnd.Explorer.application. when checking the code

I see Fnd_Obj_Subscription_Util_API.Send_Email___ contains hard coded string '/client/runtime/Ifs.Fnd.Explorer.application?url='.

Can this be a core bug or am I missing any settings?

Customer Version: 21.2.8

Hi @charith,

This appears to be a bug. I was able to see the same hard coded string in IFS Cloud 22R1 reference environments as well. Since IEE client does not exist in IFS Cloud, the URL shouldn’t take this form. It would be okay to open a case and report this.
