I’m getting this error for multiple customers in ISD since last week when opening .cifx files.
Is this a common issue? Is there a workaround?

Found the problem, it seems that the ArchiveApp10_rrc.csv file in \\corpnet\files\Configbuild has been edited with wrong archive path for the components (“ifsworld.com” is repeated in the path).
You can use the ArchiveApp10_MappedDrive_rrc.csv instead which has \\corpnet\files mapped as L: drive as a workaround until this is fixed.
Please make sure to map \\corpnet\files as L: drive before using this method, and also make sure to temporarily edit the .cifx file archive location as below.
If you’re still experiencing the layers.ini error then this archive location is not related to the issue you’re facing, so you’ll have to wait until CoS fixes it.
