A member of staff has accessibility needs and is struggling with the Manual Reservation Screen that shows the Serial No with a blue background and white writing.
Does anyone if it is possible to configure this field to make it easier for them to view / read?

That looks like conditional formatting has been applied to the column. Check the conditional formatting settings using the RMB from that column. If it isn’t set in the user personal profile, it must be set in the base profile that is assigned to the user.
The colors can be changed in either profile, just have to find which profile has the setting and change it.
