Middleware Notification Configuration

Hi.

 

I have Configured Middleware Notification, But When i test It getting an error  as below with Screen shot
javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: smtp.office365.com, port: 587; nested exception is: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Unsupported or unrecognized SSL message

 

 

what could be the possible reason ,I am seeking Help , your support will be applicable

Hi @Manashati,

When setting up the Mail_Sender, you need to set the "Security_Protocol" value as "SMTP + STARTTLS". This protocol was introduced via the solution 264861 to solve the issue with SMTP host while using "smtp.office365.com" as the Host Name.

Hi, 

 

I too face the same problem with Middleware Notification Configuration. Is there any solution for this.

 

"SMTP + STARTTLS" is already enabled.
