What would be the best way to fetch data from a custom database View through a REST endpoint?
So far our best approach is to create a QuickReport that fetches data from the DB View and call this trough the QuickReport projection endpoint.
But we are wondering if there is another/better way.
We also experimented a bit with custom actions on a new projection, but no luck.

I dont have an answer but we are currently looking at options to do this in order to expose data from a CLU alongside a stand LU within a single API call.
If you have moved forward I’d be keen to hear, and I will update this thread with whatever we learn.

We haven't moved forward unfortunately. Our best bet to achieve this is still to use QuickReports.
Feel free to share any insight you might get.
We will do the same if we manage to find a better approach.

same here. Trying to get data of a table view via a REST Endpoint out of IFS. Had no luck until I found this thread and using an QuickReport as well now. Works fine but a more native solution would be better.
If I found another way I’ll post it here and hope that you guys do as well.
