The email functionality for the Online Approval System and Email notifications has stopped worked from 9th Feb 2021, due to the error TLS1.1 1.0.
As per the message we need to have TLS1.2Need support in installing TLS 1.2

Is the customer’s Cipher suite updated to use TLS1.2 in the middleware server?

Could you please assist with this? I believe you have handled a similar case G2314447 for another customer. Hope you can share some insight on this.
