Hi Community,
when we want to print this report and get multiple pdfs and want to change from one layout to the second layout for all pdfs, the preview button is inactive.
Did anybody had a similar issue?

This appears to be by design. You cannot preview multiple reports at once from the print dialog. When you have multiple reports selected and the “Select All” checkbox, which is just below the list of reports, checked, the preview button will be disabled. You can uncheck the checkbox and then preview the PDFs one by one.

Do You know how to add multiple report layouts to this highlighted section? I can only see one layout option to choose from. but I need to add at least two layout choices.I tried to add this under-report rule but it didn't work.

You can add new layouts from Report Definitions window in IEE. Have a look at following documentation:
