Is there a way to enable history logging for any activity like creation ,modification and deactivation of user access in “Grant Permission Set to user” window?
Tried setting up PRES_OBJECT_GRANT and PRES_OBJECT_SEC_CHANGE TAB , but no luck.

What do you mean by “no luck”? No data is inserted in the history? So, data is not being added to that LU in the way you expect it to?
