Does anyone have an instructions on how to set this up? The IFS EOI Wiki is not handling any on this. The last update on this topic is from 2018 (http://wiki.eoi.ifsworld.com/Needs_to_be_documented)

Hi,
In 8.3 You can probably get to work by doing couple of tweaks. Definitely not for a production environment but for the Test i think you can do this.
- Do the installation of the first instance as per the standard guide lines.
- Before you run the second installation in the same machine, manually edit the C:\Program Files\VisionWaves\Configuration\InstallerModel.config file and change the “<IsConfigured>true</IsConfigured>” flag to “<IsConfigured>false</IsConfigured>” for both database and web sections. After doing this the installer will run with the same options as you see in a brand new installation.
- Make sure that you change the things such as IIS port and IIS folder to not use the same ones as the first installation. so that it does not overwrite the first one.
