I have a problem to start Developer Studio on Citrix Developer Desktop 10. The status stay in “Opening Projects”, regardless which customer is set in background. I can only end task over task manager after a certain time.

It might be a cache problem, so my question is how to clear cache?

Maybe it’s another problem. Does anyone have an idea?

Thank you in advance.

BR,

Jan

Hi @Jan Siekmann,

You can find Developer Studio cache in a directory similar to this:

C:\Users\<UserID>\AppData\Roaming\DeveloperStudio\10.82

Try deleting everything inside the 10.82 directory and see whether your problem is resolved. I have resolved similar issues by doing the same.

Be aware that you may lose some of your settings though and would have to put them back again.

Hope this helps!
