Hi, is there any way to enable edit mode in Customers - CRM page in Aurena? I do not see such an option, even though in IEE it is possible.
It is possible in Customer Contacts page - is there any way to enable it in Customers - CRM?

As I can see this page - Customers - CRM is not for edit data and is kind of overview page where you can see the data. You may get the details of record and then do the edit. This is the same behavior in our reference environment too. Below is for IFSAPP login in our latest reference environment.
Please report a case to Global Support If you think this is bug as you have mentioned Edit mode is available for IEE.
