Running Crystal Reports in Aurena - Unable to process your request

Hello community: 

When I run a quick report of type: crystal report in Aurena I get this error message.

Has anyone seen this error and know a way to fix this? 

Here’s what I did: 

Created the IAL object. 

Created the Crystal Report using the IAL Object. And added CR WEB INT. 

I also added \\ for IAL object and \ for CR WEB INT.

I moved the report to OpenReportPath. 

Then I created a new quick report entry in IFS IEE. 

Then I published it. I also grant permission to all the permissions sets. 

After refreshing the cache I was able to see the report in Aurena. 

in Aurena, the report renders without any errors. However, when you hit the next button I get the below error.  

And if I try to do an export, I get the below error…
