PSO: Error Message “An error occurred on the Workbench Client” – Event ID 2310

Forum|alt.badge.img+7

Hi everyone,

We are frequently seeing the error message “An error occurred on the Workbench Client” in the event logs, with Event ID 2310.

Has anyone encountered this issue before and might know the cause or how to resolve it?

Additionally, we’ve noticed that a deactivated resource alert is still being displayed – could there be a connection between the two issues?

Thanks in advance for any insights or suggestions!

Best regards,

Hi @Anastasiya Dzembak

What is the PSO version you are using? Is this triggered when you perform certain actions in the scheduling workbench? Based on the origin of this client error it seems it is triggered from the scheduling → Activities screen.

Since this is a client error I would not expect this to cause any issues or have any impact on the scheduling functionality.

Hi @Sachitra_W

The error occurs when we perform certain actions in the scheduling workbench. A typical example is the use of the mass change function to move unplanned activities. In doing so, 1-3 activities jump back to the “unplanned” status for no apparent reason.

The error also occurs when deactivating Attention on/off. In this context, we have also noticed display problems with the travel times. Although the correct address data is displayed in the cloud and in the PSO, the route is calculated incorrectly. If we click on “Directions”, for example, it shows that a resource is four hours away - even though the address entered is correct.

We are using the following PSO version: 6.13.0.51

Hi @Anastasiya Dzembak

If these errors are replicating on demand you can raise a support ticket so we can have a closer look.
