Order Report Issue

Please help to clarify your question with some details:

Is the report you are testing a core IFS report or is it custom made by you or one of your associates?

If it is custom, is the report a SQL query, created via IFS Report Designer, Crystal or other tool?

When you say “...it is getting executed when tested from backend database….” does this mean the report will run successfully when executed from the backend?
