Service Quotation. Cost not retrieved in other Demands

Hi,

Do you know why the cost is 0 in service quotation >Other Demand tab

 

My article : No inventory Sales Part > General > Cost is filled

@djedaiB ,

Below rule is used to fetch the cost 

  1. Personnel/Tool/Equipment - the value is retrieved from the Resources tab
  2. Material - the value is retrieved from the Materials tab.
  3. External - are costs related to purchases. Costs that are connected to a requisition are retrieved from material lines with supply code set as 'Purchase Order - Normal' or 'Purchase Order - Ext.Service'.
  4. Expenses - expenses are, for example, travel and hotel costs 
  5. Fixed Price - the cost is always 0.

If you entered line manually , then no cost will be retrieved and you can enter the cost manually.

Hi

 

The cost comes from  inventory part  unit cost. It is not calculed for non-inventory Part
