I am looking to have an email with all of the work order/task information sent to vendors/contractors when their work order generates in the calendar. 

Is there a way to do this in App 10 in the IFS Production Environment?

I have not been formally trained on IFS so if I could get a solution in as much detail as possible that would be much appreciated!
