Doc Text - IFS Report Designer - IFS 9

We are currently using IFS Report Designer for IFS9 and would like to use Doc Text to pull in messages automatically. Is there a way to have DOC Text automatically get pulled into a sales quotation for reports instead of adding it to each order manually?

Have you tried connecting the Doc Text Outputs to the Document  - Quotation in the Document Text Admin window? Also check if any notes rows are not hidden/removed from the report .rdl file.
