I’ve done some investigation and there is no concept of a company logo in the report for Apps10 Aurena Native.

Depends on which version you are on. Assuming this is for Apps10, you can design the report in Aurena by going to the page Apps for Page Designer. If you have additional text fields (report already contains the fields, fault description and work performed) you want to add, you can.
For Apps 9 you cannot configure the report. You’d have to create a customization through IFS/Partner.
As for the logo, it used to be an application parameter, but now I honestly cannot find it. I’ll look into this and get back to you.
