@Tharaka_Dilantha this usually indicates that your SSL certificate trust chain is incomplete. Did any SSL configurations happen on your TAS, or has your TAS SSL certificate expired?

Try a tool like https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html against your TAS and I believe it should show you what the issue is.
