We have a customer requirement where we need to know whether we can integrate between MWO and GIS
For a scenario such as this
Outbound
If I am a Field Technician. Can I from MWO, open GIS ( maybe a webpage) with a parameter (either Asset ID or current location)?
Inbound
Then select an Asset in GIS, to raise a new Service Request in MWO or else pass the information back to an eForm in MWO?
Really appriciate your help on this.

The outbound flow you describe today is supported in MWO with Mobile Integrations (detailed in here: IFS Cloud Documentation).
The inbound flow is today not supported. This is something we are working on and will be released in a future release of IFS Cloud.

So is there any standard inbound integration where we can create service requests from GIS to cloud?
or else do we need to do a customization on it?
+16You could use a standard API to create the service request via IFS Cloud and transfer to mobile but there is no way today you can create this in MWO directly from GIS.
