Hello,
We are using Apps 10 Update 18, and we require the ability to add resources (formerly crafts in Apps8) to our engineers (resources) via the screen Resource Detail->Capacity Basis based on their job role.
For example, an electrician would get a default list of resources upon joining the business.
Currently our managers are having to manually key this into IFS which is a very time consuming and inefficient process.
Has anyone achieved this using core functionality or would this need some sort of custom solution?
