Hi Experts,

Once of our customer is asking as mentioned below,

“ We have a requirement to send the Assignments to mobile (mWO Service) through Drip-Feed method in IFS Cloud 22R2.
For example: Send Assignments/Task one at a time to the technician in mobile after they complete the previous Assignment/Task.

Can you please confirm if this is possible through configuration using Synchronization Rules? ”

Any input regarding this really appreciate.

Best Regards,

Janith

Hi

By default sync rules does not support this kind of requirement via the configurations. You might need a customization to do this. For example you need to modify the default where, Guard condition and ownership query of relevant entities to send data based on an additional condition (Eg: One task at a time per user).

If the customer is using PSO then you can configure this to only Commit a single job per technician. There is then a schedule task that can run to transfer the Wo to mobile automatically - or you could set up some workflow or event to trigger this instantly on Commit.
