my customer works on IFS Cloud an recently received an update.
After updating the Service Engineer App to version 22, we get this transaction Error on initializing:
Anybody got an idea would could cause this error?

+14Not seen this error in native side before. What’s the exact SU level? Also can you please check the IAM client details for ‘IFS_aurena_native_services’. I assume the native service client in IAM has been edited to make it as public client?

We were getting the same error message but after enabling the public client for Aurena native, we are getting a new error: {"error":"unauthorized_client","error_description":"Invalid client secret"}. can you pls guide?

Look like you have enabled public client for Aurena Native Services? You only need this Public client for Aurena Native (Client facing IAM) and not for the service. We set those automatically after 22.2 cloud release. But I assume that this is for the earlier version?
