Hi, community!

I have a situation where media attached to a work order through MWO is not available to be opened as seen below.

Has anyone had the same problem in the past?

Thank you!

Could be a number of things.

The way Picture uploads works happens in two transaction. The first transaction creates the Media Item without sending the picture. The second transaction sends the picture - which happens in the background due to potential size of pictures. It could be that the picture upload is timing out as the technician goes out of signal, it could be that it is failing for some reason - there is a limit on picture uploads on the server and if pictures exceed this hard value (which is configurable) then the picture will fail and not arrive.

It could be that the Technician has initialized their device which will delete the outbound transactions and the picture will therefore never get there.

It may be best to raise this as a support case to look at the server logs to see if any errors occur on the server when pictures are being uploaded or to check the behavior of the Technicians by reviewing the Mobile Logs.

Cheers

James
