We have a case at present where an engineers Labour is not pulling through to the Work Order. There is no problem with his travel time just the recording of time on site - I can confirm that he is starting and ending the MWO as expected, however the labour line does not appear within the WO posting - can anyone please suggest further investigation to make - Thank you
