Customer is getting the "Error occurred while decoding OAEP Padding " excepting when using IFS Scan it 10  android application. Customer can authenticate the app via account manager but sometimes users get this error in Account manager as well(so they install  the account manager app and retry ).

Customer using Azure authentication and following redirect URI's are added in Azure :

https://<The Corrct TAS URL of the customer>/Token.aspx

ifs-app.com.ifsworld.accountmanager://app

ifs-app.com.ifsworld.crmcompanion10://app

ifs-app.com.ifsworld.mwo10://app

ifs-app.com.ifsworld.notifyme10://app

ifs-app.com.ifsworld.timetracker10://app

ifs-app.com.ifsworld.triptracker10://app

ifs-ifsaurenascanit10://auth

ifs-ifsaurenanotifyme10://auth

ifs-mworkorder10nextgenservice://auth

Customer is using 2 Touchapp servers and redirecting them via a basic load balancer(I have tested by removing one node from this but the issue still exist ). We cannot take a log from the load balancer since it is a basic load balancer.

Customer has a valid certificate installed and added in TA installed VM.

Things we have tried so far:

  1. Re install TAS
  2. Create new system ID and test again
  3. Remove data from Service_instance_Tab and re install TAS.
  4. Check the TASTrace.log (which is empty)

We have done all above but the issue still there. Please provide your comments on this issue. Or advice any place we could see the actual issue .

You mention that there are 2 TAS installations. Have they been installed as a Web Farm as detailed here: https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/020_installation/400_installation_options/030_touch_apps/010_touch_apps_server/40_installation_tas_web_farm/default.htm?

Cheers

James

Hi @James Ashmore,

Thanks for your response. No they are not using web farm, they are using a load balancer to redirect requests for each TAS server.
