is it possible to hide lobby element for one user and show it for other on same lobby? We have one lobby for 4 users and I’d like to put 4 lobby elements and display only one for specific user. I tried to hide it by specific rights but it not working properly.

Lobby provides a functionality to personalize. Clicking following icon in each lobby page allows a user to do such - an admin can do such for each of the users through the base profiles concept. However this do not have an option to remove/hide an available element. Rather it only allows to personize existing elements or add new personalized elements.
Hence for your requirement, I think you will have to create individual lobby pages for each of these users.
