If Customer would like to Pre pay before getting services or completing WO, is there any way in IFS to generate such Invoice before creating work order or customer order..? Any ideas

There are a couple of choices depending on the workflow and legal requirements you need to meet. If you are doing it before a work order or customer order, your choices are really only:
- Instant Invoice
- Manual Customer Invoice
If you want to at least create a Customer Order with at least one charge line or order line, you can also use.
- Advance Invoice (from Customer Order)
- Prepayment Based Invoices
