Visibility of cash plan details

Problem is in a company not using project module. 

Cash plan snapshot creates OK , but details are not visible in application  , for  user=IFSAPP - registered as cash planning user. The view  CASH_PLAN_SCENARIO_DETAILS displays data only for user connected to project  - Cash_Plan_User_Sec_Comb_API.Is_User_Allowed(company,project) = 'TRUE’ , so when project is NULL user cannot see the details of cash plan . 

Does that mean that Cash Planning functionality works only with project module ? Or is it a bug  in core application ?

You should not have to use project module in order to use Cash Planning. Make sure you have defined the detailed level of Cash Plan Users page. Wildcard (%) can be used for access to all companies/projects.

Hi Hakan , many thanks for answer. The problem is that in 24R1 , for company with code string defined  - without  code part for project , the above screen looks like this - with no lower part : 

So cash_plan_user_sec_comb  cannot be entered .

Do you think it is a bug  ?

Just to make sure, you do not get the lower section when clicking the symbol to the far left?
