Not possible to add Electronic Payment Address Details for DDEUR - 23R1

It is not possible to add payment address details in customer payment tab for any payment method connect with format DDEUR. Is there a configuration missing?

Hello @Sandy 

I think the issue is with Aurena. I checked in Apps10 EE and it is possible to enter address data.

 

 

However, it is not possible in Apps10 Aurena. You can create a ticket for defect I believe.

I am in Cloud (23R1). Seems the Aurena issue continuous.
