BACS Payment Using ISO20022 Format

Hi community,

I have a technical question regarding Beneficiary Name tag (<CdtTrfTxInf> <Cdtr> <Nm>). In BACS payments, the Beneficiary Name field is 18 characters. However, supplier name is longer than this. Has anyone managed to reduce IFS supplier name to 18 characters?

This setup requires xml change in transformer.

In ISO payment format, clearing system ID must be selected GBDSC. Transformer will recognize this value and reduce length of supplier name if longer than 18 characters.
