Hi…,

My customer order continued 02 lines

 -  01st line is in state of “Invoiced/Closed”

 -  02nd Line is in state of “Partially Delivered”

 - Therefore, the state of Customer order is “Partially Delivered”

** I like to know whether there is any method to cancel the 02nd line with the state of “Partially Delivered” and change the status of the Customer order to “Invoice/Closed” in IFS 08th version

Thanks,

Ishani

Hi,

If you check the Customer Order Line

Reserved Qty should be 0 or you need to unreserve the Customer Order Line:

Picked Qty should be 0 or you need to unpick the stock:

Pegged Qty should be 0 or you need to unpeg the Customer Order Line:

Best regards,

Graham

You cannot cancel the line as it has been partially delivered.  To close the line, change the order quantity to the same as the delivered quantity to remove the balance, the line and header will then update to Invoiced/Closed

Hi COVRICHALDo Gooder (Partner),

Thank you very much for the reply.

I tried to amend the Quantity order in customer order lines.  But it gives following massage.

Could you please let me know from where I should change the Quantity…

The Customer Order Line also cannot be reserved or pegged. Remove these and then you should be able to change the Qty.

Cheers,

Graham
