When i create a tax proposal and run the preliminary report, the printout shows a tax year of 2022. I use date for the Period/Date Range.
But the print out shows 2022
How can i fix this?

seems this is a application bug and
R&D Bug fix 162110 will resolve this issue.

You should log a call center case, R&D created a bug fix that will allow you to enter / edit the value that appears on the report.
Some information, - but still please log a call center case.
Bug 162110 -- Therefore, in order to cater this specific requirement, RnD have added an information field to the tax templates to display the calendar year according to the tax year (which is based on the accounting periods) displayed in the tax proposal. Once the tax proposal is created, information field will be updated based on the calendar year. Accordingly, tax year will be displayed in the tax document.
This field will be editable, and the user can edit the year which will be used as the year printed on the 1099 report.
