Hi All,

Can we get list of parts picked in a shop order picklists. My customer is using pick by choice so ideally serials or lot batches in the pick list might be changed when picked.  Customer is using wadaco for picking. They expect to generate a printout on what picked.

Is there any way that I can get what got picked for the shop order.

for customer order pick lists we have a separate window “Picked pick lists” but nothing available for shop orders.

Any ideas on how to get this please.

Thanks,
Chamath

@Chamath Kuruppuarachchi indeed there’s no page in IFS Cloud to see what was picked from a SO Picklist.

That being said, I do think you can still pull this data quite easily from Inventory Transactions History.

BAsically every time you Report Picking (even Pick by Choice) for some qty on SO Picklist, a SOISS transaction is created for that qty. So I think you could easily create a quick report → to show all SOISS details for a given Shop Order No. You could even create a custom command button to run that QR directly from Shop Order page.

See below example where I picked by choice 5 pcs from the 10 of 10 reserved:

Then I can see the SOISS transaction:
