Hello, we are currently using Apps10 and I wanted to know if there was a way to notify the originator of a purchase requisition if there was a chance made to the delivery date on the corresponding purchase order.
One option would be to subscribe to changes on that field, this can be done by right clicking line or header and selecting which field you want to be notified for. However, this would have to be done by the user themself, and for each PO that they create.
If you want something more automatic, you can create a custom event that either sends an email or a Streams message. You can set the custom event to be triggered when the delivery date changes, and can get the recipient of the notification based on the Requisitioner field on the PO line. You can find some info on custom events in the technical documentation.
