Dear All,
Do we have any option where a "Customer owned" stock can directly issue for a shop order without changing its ownership prior to issue, please? (ownership should change automatically from customer owned to company owned during the issue).

As far as i know, there is no any way to change ownership automatically.
I hope you are transferring Ownership from Customer Owned to Company Own from Inventory part in Stock (RMB option).
However, if you want to use the customer own components for your Shop Orders with the same owner (Customer Own), you can simply change Shop Order Material tab Ownership field from Company own (Default) to customer own (with adding the owner).
