To receive stock which is coming on Delivery Challan

Hello Community,

We are using IFS APPS 8.

 

We have a situation here when receiving Sample Engineering parts from tool maker in the company.

These parts are being sent by the tool maker for testing purpose for the Engineering and Design team and it is  free of cost.

 

As of now we are inwarding this material without doing Gate Entry(GRN) activity.

How can we receive this material in system.

Hi @Deepak ,

You can create them as Non-inventory purchase parts and receive PO (GRN) at zero cost?

OR

As Inventory purchased parts with zero cost?
