@ronhu I’m not aware of any ATP report out of the box. Anyways there are a few tools to help you figure out if you can fulfill the customer demand given ceratin Wanted Delivery Date.
You wpould need to enable ATP and Capability Check at Inventory Part level. ATP will change your promised delivery dates considering the leadtimes in case u don’t have enough stock on hand.
Then in the CO Line you could run Capability Check and you could later on view the results if your customer dates could be honored. Capability Check also has some more advanced functionality where you get some Interim Orders created and you could have materials allocated to that order so that nobody could touch that qty in the warehouse.
I guess you could create a Quick Report which gathers all the Vacability Check results to view all of them at a glance.
I bet your version is cloud R22 above. in APP10, we don’t have this option, in below window. but we do have Capability Check RMB function on customer order line. in our company, the immediate ATP for a non-MS level 1 part would be, below 2 options which are highlighted, provided all parts on customer order lines are purchased parts.
