Is there any functionality where I can get the calculated times to finance and not use the real clocking times from Shop Floor Workbench?
Scenario could be that you want to follow up on the clockings but not report the actual times to finance.
+23Hi Michael, I’m afraid clocked time always results in operation history transactions and if the work center/labor class has a cost, financial postings will be created as well.
I think this will still require a small modification to simply skip the generation of time results from clockings. To automatically report time when clockings already exists remember to set the below work center settings to Always.
I have never heard this request from any other customer than an good old IFS customer located near lake Vänern… And I have never really figured out the actual requirement why the would not like to have the more accurate times from their clockings transferred to finance.
