Business Reporter - 23R1 Update 7

Forum|alt.badge.img+3

Hi everyone, I’m a new user on IFS cloud and I can’t connect on Business Reporter. On my test environment everything is OK however on the production environment it’s impossible. I have this message “Oops! Something went wrong - Invalid parameter : redirect_uri”. Do you have an idea in order to help me.

Hi There, Can you check your IAM client setup in LIVE? It should be setup per tech docs (scroll to Setup IAM Client for IFS Business Reporter)

https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/070_remote_deploy/400_installation_options/003_security/030_setup_iam_clients/

Most definitely the IAM Client for Business Reporter wasn’t setup properly for Prod as @Wood123 also pointed out.

Do you have to do anything else besides setup the IFS_business_reporter client beyond just what is defined here https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/070_remote_deploy/400_installation_options/003_security/030_setup_iam_clients/#creating_a_new_iam_client ?

I set it up exactly as we have in other environments (with a different redirect url applicable to this new environment) but am still getting the same error as the OP.
