Un-issuing Error from Shop Order

Hi Community, 

 

Has anyone seen this Error message before

A couple of things to note that is not as obvious from this error. The customer is not using tracked structures on any part, this has been checked. 

This error message is off the back of a RMB in header, Unissue All to original location. this also happens on the Manual processes. 

Please note the SO has nothing reported on ops and has nothing received in. This order was previously Parked. 

Any thoughts would be very much appreciated.

@Kev3458  Theoretically, the error is not correct as there is no tracked parts are involved. If this works for some values but not always (random), it seems to be a flaw in the code. There is a recent code correction in this area in APP10 UPD22. Consider taking the update, it might solve the issue.

This issue has been resolved by the Patch 167262 in APPS10 Track in the UPD22

How do you “fix” this error without going through this update? We in the process of moving to the cloud, but for now what’s the fix.

Hi Chris;

In APPS 10 it is possible to apply single patches, so it would be a matter of applying the patch 167262
