If I have a context called e.g. “FL” - am I able to assign more then one usergroup to this one context
e.g. for this one context I would like to assign these three groups
FRONTLINE SALES
FRONTLINE REGIONAL
FRONTLINE ESP
If this is possible how would I need to type these in

If you are referring the context mapping of the configurations (page/layout) in Aurena client, and if you need to map a user group to an existing context;
First you need to define the user groups in Solution Manager » Security » Users » User Groups.
And then, in the Solution Manager » Applications Configurations » Configuration Context Mappings, you can assign that context to the defined user group of user groups.
For your example, it will be something like below.
