Outlook meeting description format

Hello, 

I would like to know if there is way to format Outlook meeting description created from IFS or from CRM Panel ?

Hello Juliette,

There is no way to configure or control what details from the Business Activity would be transferred into the created Outlook Meeting. The most important details from the Business Activity (customer, main contact, activity number and added notes) are shown in the mail body for referencing purpose and it is done from the code itself. Notes section of Business Activity could be useful to transfer any descriptive details to the appointment. Further, if there are e-mail addresses for Main Contact and Representatives connected to the Business Activity those e-mail addresses are shown in the attendees of the Outlook appointment. Then user can do any changes required to the appointment before sending or saving it.
