Under Business Mails, when they click the “Mail Body” button:

Does anyone happen to know whether this is that a setting in IFS or in the browser? I cannot find a rhyme or reason - it seems not to be permission, because we have users with the exact same permission and role but different behavior.
If you set the following highlighted setting in CRM/SRM default values page then body will be saved in to IFS Document management as a html document.
This will make sure to download the html page and open up in a tab when click on “Mail Body”.
But if you save business mails prior to this setting was set to true then body won’t be saved in IFS document management in html format. Therefore nothing will be downloaded if you click on “Mail Body” command for such business mails. In this situation, we will show the default view by displaying the mail body inside the page.
