Stock stuck in Inventory part in internal order transit

Forum|alt.badge.img+7

I have stock in Inventory part in internal order transit, the sender site has shipped and delivered the stock into Inventory part in internal order transit but before the incoming despatch advice was completed the purchase order was cancelled. this was all done on a distribution order. I have tried to do a RMA all seems to work until you go to return parts from internal transit where it just wont let you enter any details or quantities.

any ideas? I’m happy to just count the stock off and and count back on in demand site but don’t know how.

Thank you so much, this help me resolve the issue. Basically, I copied the original Purchase Order connected to the Distribution Order and released and then received from the Internal Order Transit location.

Thanks again,

Have a read through this post, I explained my cleanup methodology a bit there

You can’t count out or in from In Transit for those items, needs to be received in from an internal PO then counted out or issued to a financial project which is what I did to balance the inventory adjustment.
