How could i give access to a pdf file please (attachment) 

SCREEN: PRAPARING WORK ORDER

The error is : You can’t display this file because you may not have the necessary rights or the file is not yet archived

The user is already in (Docs base/persons group) but it is not enough

Hi Abdel

 

For a user to be able to access a document attached please make sure

  1. user are granted with DOCUMENT_ATTACHMENT permission set
  2. user registered in Document Basic \ access template & person group

Make sure to refresh security cache after #1
