HCM- Delete absence on Dayoff

Hi,

Even if it is not shown in Time Card it should be possible to remove in Absence register. Seems like you can’t delete from the calendar.

If you want to see absence on days off in Time Card you need to set “Freeday covering” parameter on the absence wage code.

Also important that you tic the box “Adjustable” when you connect the wage code to the absence type.

I have followed the same steps 

Like I changed the Freeday covering in absence wage  code and Made Adjustable tic box as yes 

after these i tried to apply a leave on rest days likes Saturday and Sunday 

i got absence interval in Time card 

But once after remove Saturday's absence in the time card - Absence calendar is same it didn't changed

There are some bugs here regarding absence and free day covering I think… Sometimes you have to remove from Absence register, even if you removed it from Time Card.

Especially when you have absence ONLY on days off. If it is combined with working days and you just shorten an absence for example by removing days off, then it usually works.

 Human Capital Management > HCM Services > Time Management > Absence Management > Absence

What dose the Adjustable help for - if we enable or disable

Hi,

If you allow users to change absence in Time Card it should be set to Yes.

If you try to change / remove absence in Time Card and this is set to No you will get an error message.

I have tried it out but I am able to edit and remove the transaction in time card. Is there additional setup that needs to be done?
