Good day, we have a User who’s Date Format looks like this when creating Travel Requests, Expense sheets etc.:

We would like it to be changed to this format:

She has updated her Google Settings but it made no difference. 

Any advice in this regard?

    Good day Vikas.  Apologies for the delay in response.  We tried changing the Google Settings>Languages, but it made no difference.  Anything else that we can try in order to sort this out?  Kind regards.  Anya.

    @AnGo Hi Anya, It will display the date format based on language selection at the top. If you want to keep into YYYY/MM/DD format, please keep “English (South Africa)” on top
