Hello everyone.

In this screen : ifsapf:tbwTransResult

We need to delete some records in which the start date is today, we have the following error message by trying the deletion :

Absence records connected to absence Types cannot be changed in this window

What can we do to make possible the deletion?

Best answer by romsar

Our HR workmate managed to delete the records in ifsapf:tbwGroupResult, they could then delete the absence in ifsapf:frmAbs

Hi,

Absence can’t be changed in “Change transferred result” All absence must be updated in the Absence page

Regards,

Maria

Hello @ADDMARIAE

The problem is, in this screen : ifsapf:frmAbs

We have an absence that we need to delete / cancel as it’s in input error, but IFS doesn’t manage to delete / cancel it as the treatment gets aborted after it’s running for about 40 / 45 minute (the absence lasts 3 years).

To fix this issue, the IFS support asked me to go in these 2 screens :
ifsapf:tbwTransResult
ifsapf:tbwGroupResult

to delete the records. I made the test in our test environment and the deletion worked fine, not in production

OK,

So the time report is already in status Transferred now when you realize that it is a wrong report?

What happens if you just try to change end date to the absence?

Regards,

Maria

by trying to update the date range in the absence screen, we have the same behaviour, the treatment gets aborted after it’s running for about 40 / 45 minutes.

I asked our workmate from HR if they can delete some records in ifsapf:tbwGroupResult, it seems that everything is going fine
