When we remove the tick from exclude from organization chart in a position in the graphical position structure and save, the error pops up - “Cannot alter Exclude from Organization Chart as it is selected in the parent position”. how can we alter this? is there any option?

I have not used this function myself, but have you tried to first untick the parent position, then untick the child position and finally tick the parent again?
